Bill discusses the NY Post decision and its implications as a panelist at the 28^th Annual Media and the Law Seminar Program, Rules of Engagement: Journalists, Police and the Daze of Disorder, First Amendment Implications of Ferguson and Its Aftermath, April 16-17, 2015. Bill and two media representatives, in their discussion titled, “Rush to Judgment: Breaking New about a Crisis Without the Facts”, discussed some journalistic and legal risks of news organizations covering fast-breaking and unfolding stories, and how to avoid those risks.
